Do warm fronts mean rain? I'm not so sure. I think its rain because warm air has water droplets and will rise up to form clouds.

Rain or snow has more to do with the temperatures near the surface than anything else and can be produced by either cold or warm fronts.
Even in the summer months, most precipitation starts in the form of supercooled water freezing into ice crystals and hence snow well above the surface.
