    Hi all!

I have a lot of CTD data that I wish to calculate the mixed (surface) layer depth of..
but as the mixed layer varies from 20 metres to 30 metres deep for my 23 stations, I really don't know how to get an accurate value for every station...average?

How can I go about this?
Any help would be wonderfully appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Conor

Use the thermocline and/or halocline for each station?
