Does anyone have a reasonable explanation for the night phenomena that Ed Grimsley has videotaped in the night sky using night vision binoculars? It is fascinating but I just can't buy his loony tune "explanation" that it is our alien buddies and enemies fighting over our domain.

    Dead link.

But I found some others, here for example...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IrO8055LQGs.

Can't make out much, but could be fireflies pretty high up, birds...lots of things.
