There is no "right time" to date or not date. Life is always busy. Dating will always have the potential to pull your time and energy away from whatever you are currently working on - school, job, career, what have you. At some point you (and your potential significant other) will have to learn how to balance both sides of life, and if you feel like you're ready to do it while you in school, then do it. If you don't feel ready, then wait.
