A jam sandwich with a flux capacitor. Does anyone think that one day crime will not exist as there will be time travelling police? I know this sounds really daft and might not make a good topic in this area, but still catch the criminal before he commits the crime. Paradoxical it may seem but its all well and good if there is no such thing as paradoxes

There is a book by Halperin called "The Truth Machine". It basically is about a futuristic, infallable lie detector.

I wonder if this would ever be possible....

    Cheers

Well, I atleast don't think time travle could ever be possible and anything that has to do with gaining any information about the future. nd me wil never die unless you input a zero tollerance. and death penalty for every single crime, even the smallest crime like taking candy from a baby.

If we had a machine that could observe the past then no need for forensics. In fact it would probably be the greatest deterrent to crime ever devised.
