During the execution of Instructions by a Processor it may or may not encounter some kind of branching depending upon the previous statement.
Normally procedures are called unconditionally, that means it can be called whenever it is required. But a few days before my friend told me like it can be called conditionally also.
Help me in this issue, whether procedures can be called conditionally, if it so how we can call it conditionally.
