Thread: system gets restarted when i try to open VB(quick help)

hai ,

recently i got installed VB Express edition on my system...........the main problem is when ever i try to open the VB Express editon it system gets restarted automatically in USER Logins other then in ADMINISTRATOR Login

but system does not get restarted whe ni open in safe mode....

please help me out to solve this problem of mine..

Have you turn off some service on your system?
I experienced it before when I turn off some service on my system, my computer restarted.

i got u r point but how to turn on the service which has been turn off?
i don't this because i myself did not turn off any service....can u please help me out Tian
