Anyone know any Windows Vista sites I can go to to try and get the most out of Vista?

I read a couple good ones from this site.

I can tell you how to get the most out of Vista...
Use the Vista DVD as a coffee coaster.

The hand of time rested on the half-hour mark, and all along that old front line of the English there came a whistling and a crying. The men of the first wave climbed up the parapets, in tumult, darkness, and the presence of death, and having done with all pleasant things, advanced across No Man's Land to begin the Battle of the Somme. - Poet John Masefield.

You guys are funny. Vista isnt bad at all once you strip the Fisher Price colors of it. I wouldnt have bought Vista but I recently bought a new Laptop and it came preloaded. All my software is working fine even my games.

I just dont see any benefits of Vista yet. That may change in the future.

So, what the buying point of Vista?

At the very start of using XP, i feel that Woah....this is awesome. But when i went to school and started using Unix. I really felt in love with it.

I've been longing to change my OS from XP to linux.

So what are the good and bad about XP as compare to Linux?

windows sucks. I thought that bill was going to make somthing good before he leaves but what did he do? It looks nice and all but I can dowload skins for my xp system too, also its to costly and to buggy. I have read at least 3 articles saying that vista was an error to buy it.

linux is better than xp but cince xp is more popular linux dosn't stand a chance, gamers will always buy a pc (the majoryty) and the industrie makes thier cash with it so they programm the softawre for a pc.

but the more crap windows makes they'll have to clean it up isoon.
I haven't come to fight my word, but to find the truth.

I'm waiting to try Windows Vista. Although i've yet to know what the buggy part is.

I am planning to buy a laptop and i'm deciding to install both linux and Window Vista. But I reckon that i got to wait 4 sometime first before buying. When i look at the specs of laptop, is not really that high specs.

Oh man !!!!!! So what is the buggy part in Vista and XP?

Laptops will never be as good as desktop pc's, purely because the circuity is integrated and you cannot upgrade a laptop. (at best you can buy extra memory or perhaps fit a larger hard-drive, but the fun stops there)

Laptops are prone to overheating and have prolems cooling. That is why they do not run as fast as machines such as mine with adequate cooling.
