Just go to My computer, RH click on the drive you want to de-frag, click properties, select 'tools' then defrag.

Oh, by the way, start it off during the day, depending how bad your PC is it could take 1-12 hours!

You might want to do a few other things first though, like clear out INternet Temp files, cookies, dump any video files you no longer need..
Clean out the mail, delete all the trash etc.

Before you do that, run an "analysis" and let us know by how much your hard drive was fragmented. (in percent)
The hand of time rested on the half-hour mark, and all along that old front line of the English there came a whistling and a crying. The men of the first wave climbed up the parapets, in tumult, darkness, and the presence of death, and having done with all pleasant things, advanced across No Man's Land to begin the Battle of the Somme. - Poet John Masefield.

or buy Diskeeper 10, it runs as a low priority service in the background. You NEVER need to run a defrag as your drives are defragmented whenver the CPU is idle for a certain period of time. Its like "trickle" defragging. You never need to run defragmentation software again and it doesnt impact on performance.
