    a) the windows features are located at -
    control panel / programs and feature/turn windows features on or off.

    which is listed with "uninstall a program"

    b) i only need basic computer usage, example, i only keep one protocol, that is TCP/IP

    Just looking over the features on my computer, it looks like it'd probably be safe. I'm not really sure it'd make much difference in either performance or storage space though.

    If you don't delete any drivers or base Windows applications, why not?
