I'm curious as to what it is you're trying to set up there...
Either way, you can google up the issue and see what kind of hits you get:
Specify Other DNS Servers as Authoritative for a Zone
    Configuring Reverse DNS in WHM

It means that the DNS which is specified in your configuration cannot handle queries about local names within your own zone. As Neverlfy mentioned, in order to suggest a solution we would need to know exactly what it is you are trying to do - are you running a webserver on your PC ? Do you have your own DN server, and how is that configured ?

For starters you might try and add your main router's IP and name into the DNS settings in Administrative tools, as secondary option. Be careful though that you don't break any existing configurations unless you know exactly what you are doing - for example, if you are joined to an Active Directory you might suddenly find that you can no longer log into your PC if you do something wrong here.

For some reason the python interpreter decided to do a DNS lookup, and is complaining about it not getting a proper answer. (because LAN use ip addresses are often not public internet addresses and the DNS lookup was to the public internet DNS ..)

There's probably a way to tell the python interpreter not to give this error. or to not do the lookup
