I need to manage files in a custom explorer; alike Windows explorer.?

I need a program like windows explorer but not that exactly. I need something that can have a drop down list of previous folders and sub folders. It should start with a single folder with a +, then you can click that + and it shows sub folders and the sub folders are a little to the right and a line should connect to the main folder and sub folders. It should be like this

    - Main Folder
    + Subfolder1
    + Subfolder2
    + Subfolder3
    - Subfolder4
    + SubSubfolder1
    + SubSubfolder2
when u click a + it expands and shows the other contents inside the folder, and shows a - if u want to collapse. What I need is for the subsubfolders to then have a content window in which you can store files inside, so inside SubSubfolder1 would be Document1,Doucument2,MOVIE.avi,Product.x etc...

But I need this in a use friendly way and not windows explorer because that doesnt use this format.
It's basically kinda like Windows explorer but separate and customizable and its to keep track and make new assets for a 3d game. So in SubSubFolder would be Car.xml. and you drag Car to the level and it creates a car using the info on the xml file.

I found something, please if you really want to help. Look at this website, it features the exact thing I need on the homepage.
    Eve Online Market Data
Click that and click on select region (Click ANY) It will take less then a second to load and as you can see it describes what I need. (I.e: the custom explorer) Click the arrow and it drops down subfolders, click another subfolder's arrow and it shows even more subfolders and the file at the end of it.

and able to save the files and folders you added and send them to a co worker.

So pakage ALL inside Main folder and copy main folder to another computer with the same software, and all they have to do is load Main folder and able to save the files and folders you added and send them to a co worker.

Please read and help. I very do require assistance.
    Thanks.

I can't see any difference between what you describe and how Explorer works. <shrug> (The web page you linked to doesn't display anything for me.)

Have you tried looking for alternatives. These were just the first few things Google came up with:

To add to this: Right click the folder and select "Explore" instead of "Open."
