Sensor pc screen

I was viewing a 1999 made hollywood lesser known movie called 'stepfather'. In the movie there is one scene in which there is a computer screen which has unknown software, unlike that is seen in india. The actress waves her hand at the screen and the application media player minimizes at her action. So i have seen touch screen pc, but i nowhere knew of anything like motion sensor GUI screen!!!?? So do the computer software/hardware makers in usa are well advanced and in india the pc system used are still of 1990s!? This technology of motion sensor might be seen in modern pc games!!!

The Kinect for the Xbox has provided this capability since 2010.

Now the very mordern computer is sensor pc screen. It is aquired very popularity. Some days ago i face some problem of my pc. And then i use the sensor pc screen and then my problem has been solved.
