Is it possible to program a computer to recognize the use of logic, emotion, and ethical arguments in an article? In other words, do these states of knowledge have a quantitative value?

Im of the impression that it is. I may be wrong but i have been trying to solve p=np but i keep hitting a snag in that i dont think i can make a circuit to do it... well i can but it is organic. Problem was i tried to make a circuit which started from a single input and dependant on the number of variables activated the circuit to a certain extent however the more i look at it the more it looks like a brain .
