ALL songs from the 30's through the 60's??? It would take months just to read through them!
I don't know about software, but archive.org has a lot of old music.
Download database data of songs, then filter the results from the 60's, 50's, etc, whatever you want.
archive.org is a good website. I have been there before in search of music.
