    I'm a student from a college,recently I bought a new iphone,but I meet some problems.So,I want some advice.
The problem is that I am trying to get my SMS,contacts and pictures on my iPhone to be put either onto my computer or onto iTunes and I don't know how to do this.
Any help or advice would be greatly received.
    Thanks in advance.

I'm sure I you right click your phone icon in iTunes it brings up a couple of options. One of those should be backup. That's what I did when I got a replacement and it backed up everything.

Like the person before me said the best way to back up any apple device including ipad etc is to go to itunes and click with 2 fingers if you have an apple computer if you have a pc right click on it and then click backup and then wait. Then when you get your new device then it will give you the same option when you plug the new device in. It will ask you if you would like to upload your new device from a backup. Usually it will prompt you when you first plug it in but if it doesn't then it is the same formality its when you plug it in you click "from backup".

Hope this helps... also i recommend doing this before you jail break it if you decide to jail break it because if something goes wrong its like a reset button on the old Super Nintendo lol
