Get that dll. Try Google. Dlls generally go in the C:\Windows\System, C:\Windows\System32 or C:\Windows\SysWOW64 directory, depending on which version you have. Or sometimes you can just put it in the directory with the program you're trying to run.

Please be more specific. Downloading individual DLL's isn't ideal and a lot of those sites will give you viruses instead of the DLL's you need. When is it occurring? The first thing you should do when asking for technical backup from the hivemind is post the entire error/filename etc.

Firstly, how many dll files are missing? If you only have single dll missing error, take note of that particular .dll file your system lacks and search for it on google or libraries of downloadable .dll files. Download it and depending on the program you’re running, most of them should be pasted on your c:\windows\system32 folder. Anyway, what specific file you’re missing? If that file is one of the most common dll problems, you may find more specific steps/approach to solving it by visiting windows dll website.
