Thread: Just aliitle problem with my PC

Hi guys, i was just wondering if anyone has an answer to a problem i have got with my PC....

I am fairly competant with PC's but have never come accross this problem before and was wondering if any of you have. The problem is when i got to shut down my computer, obviously normally you would go start/turn off computer but for some reason on my PC when you do this nothing at all happens. Instead I have to go start/log off/switch user then shutdown, it's not that big of a deal really but I still wouldnt mind knowing why it's doing it! lol

Also when I turn my computer back on afterwads it always says that my network cable is unplugged and i have to pull it out and put it back in at least 3 or 4 times before it connects to my router again which is also pretty strange. Apart from them 2 problems my computer runs fine in all other ares.

I know its a bit f a long post, cheers for any help at all

Thank you for the reply pong, but do yu have any idea why i cannot shut down my computer like everone else? lol

It sounds like there is a process blocking your shutdown method, or a bug where the shutdown method fails to work.

First search google for your problem. If others have it, it will likely be a common bug microsoft has a fix for. If they don't, I suggest updating your anti-virus and malware programs and doing a scan.
