you know how to use the mouse a little bit but don't know all the advanced features, need help using the computer and type with one finger 2 words per minute.
you can type an an odd way at 20 words per minute and can use the internet without help, but thats about it.
you ar starting to get familiar with the settings on a computer, and can type well and can use the mouse well, and know how to teach others basic stuff.
you are expert in knowing how to make the basic changes to the settings, learing how to use the hardware of the computer and about chips, and are confident.

What is your computer expertise, from 1 to 10, and how do you rate yourself, and why. Give me your thoughts, I hear at a level 10 some people know how to effect a computer system in such a way that they can make the taskbar flip and still be functional.
these are the other ooptions for the poll, just say the number,
7. you can make your own virus, make your own basic computer, and your own 2d game.
8. you can make changes to games that make the bios different, something you may get in trouble for doing, and you can hack administrator accounts at colleges.
9. you can hack police and fbi files, you make your own spyware, and you have enough skill to make games like sid meier, and you can also starting working on your own computer running system.
10. you may have your own computing running version, and can change the structure of other computers such as mac and windows to make the taskbar flip and other animations at the start menu that didn't come with the package, you can do it in such a way that you don't damage the software, and you sell it, you also make some games that become hits for life.
What is your skill level, mine is a 6, but a high skill level you can do some pretty scary things! Please write the skill number down in a post and explain if it is higher than 6, if it is lower vote and then explain, please post!
I have never tried to make a virus, but I probably could. I can make my own basic computer given enough time(a few years). I don't mean buying parts and putting them together, I mean I understand how the computer works on a fundamental level. That doesn't mean I could run Windows on it, just that I can build a functioning computer. I could probably program my own 2D game. So I guess I'm number 7.
