You know those stars you stick on your wall and they glow by taking in light?

I was wondering exactly what that is and where I could purchase it. But not in the form stars...

I have searched through multiple catalogues and done many web searches but I can find nothing. Please help... :-D [/i]

I've bought it as a latex paint, in a bottle. Wait for Halloween.
