Do you think the size of the granules will affect the solubility?

Look up sucrose in Wikipedia. There is a solubility table there. There is only one table for all forms of sucrose. What does that tell you?

but caster sugar is different from white sugar isn't it? So the solubility must be different

Caster sugar is chemically identical to white cane sugar (sucrose). Therefore, they both have the same solubility.

You could probably google these questions in under 15 seconds. Icing/powdered sugar is just ground up cane sugar.

so.. they're all the same? But the questions are:

What is the published solubility for white sugar?

What is the published solubility for caster sugar?

What is the published solubility for icing sugar?

you're saying that you all go to some school and you are too lasy to look it up yourselves? instead, you are asking people to waste THEIR time and do it for you. You lazy nerds.

    XOXO
I think all you steaky-beaks should stop reading pointless signatures.
