Is tetraamine copper chloride water soluble? If not does it risk decomposing to boil away an aqueous solution of it?

Apparently soluble, 38 g/L at 273 K.
MSDS PAGE: MSDS 10060-13-6 CAS Diammonium Tetrachlorocuprate(II) Dihydrate, 98% None known.
As for decomposition, I couldn't find any information as to a decomposition temperature but heat it too much and it will give off ammonia and HCl, you don't want to be breathing those.
