Thread: Sulfur from Sulfate?

    I was looking to isolate some elemental Sulfur, and happen to have a lot of Sulfate salts. Is there anyway to break up the Sulfate ion and isolate the Sulfur? I haven't seen it anywhere but have a feeling there must be a way!
