After reading a whole nanotechnology book last night I have two questions I wasnt able to awnser one was who was the first person to see bacteria? The other was what makes dark field cancer cells, easy to see but on reference back to the book I couldnt find any mention of them. Also it mentioned SPMs minus any images or how they to use/make one. Any ideas??

Leeuwenhoek was one of the options so ill go with that. For dark field cancer cells contrast between light cells and red blood cells was a possible so thats both thanks
