Does looking up the definitions of each of those not help you?

And what was your answer? And why?

I'm not sure this is chemistry or biology, really... but anyway.

I think emulsion could be right. Why did you choose it? Or, to put it another way: what is an emulsion?

Well I gave emulsion because emulsion is made of two liquids which do not get mixed properly. One liquid is suspended as droplets into another. But while answering it, I wasn't totally sure. Thats why I came to this forum to get some opinions. But I really need the correct answer with some explanations so that I don't make this type of mistake in future.
Why do you think emulsion is right and jelly, paste are wrong? Jelly and paste are also semi-solid, soft and contain liquid. I am really not sure.
    But thanks for your replies..

Yep. I think you are right. You reasoning works: an emulsion is a liquid. The others are (semi) solids; they are too stiff to flow.
