Hi guys,
I basically just want to know if there is a test to prove the presence of methane in a gas. I am looking for something like the CO2 test with limewater and not 'just light it and look for a flame'.
Thanks

Drager makes a gas tester that draws a sample of air thru a reagent filled glass tube. a color change indicates the presence of various gases- ie methane tube detects it, have tubes for other gases
