There's no further structure to quarks as far as anyone knows. There was a theory of preons as the constituent particles making up quarks and leptons around for a while, but most physicists believe it's not likely to be true.

It's not generally believed that further quark structure will be discovered. Look at the preon article on Wikipedia.
