Does anyone have a source for specialty adhesives?
I'm doing a little home improvement and am having a very difficult time finding some adhesive that will (quickly) join both a bath surround and flexible baseboard. So far the only thing that works is super glue but the super glue is very difficult to work with as it runs like water and bonds immediately. There is another gel type super glue but unfortunately that adhesive doesn't bond these materials well.
Any new source of info would be appreciated.
I got some Liquid Nails at a garage sale
But it turned out it was more than a year old and the packaging said the shelf life had been exceeded -- so I kind of dismissed it. But given your recommendation I'll give a new tube a try. Thanx!

Let me know how it goes, I hate that stubborn vinyl stuff. Panelling/baseboard adhesive I find too weak so the baseboard persistently curls away from the wall; Contact cement I find bonds poorly to the smooth back, and besides I ruin the bond because I have to re-set a baseboard several times when straightening it from end-to-end. :x
Perhaps a heat gun would persuade "flexible" baseboards to cooperate?
My current best involves toothing the back with course sandpaper and using contact cement.
It's sweet when finished though.
