Methane melting piont
Hey, just a simple problem which I have no idea how to solve.
Methane (CH4) has the following properties on Earth (1 atm)
Melting Point: -182.5 ºC
Boiling point: -161.5 ºC
If Titan (moon of Saturn) has 1.448 atm., those numbers should be lower, but I don't know how to calculate that...
What are the melting and boiling points of CH4 in Titan?

You need a phase diagram for methane. This is the best I could find quickly.

The solid-liquid line is vertical or near vertical. In other words the melting point is the same regardless of the pressure. Roughly the boiling point seems to be about 120 degrees, but that is just eyeballing it.
