Does anyone know a good molecular modeling systen with the same stuff as Atomsmith but for free? Correct bonding, part library, most elements, SAME GRAPHICS, MOLECULAR dynamics.

I've used Chemsketch quite a bit and I like it. It's easy to use and in the 3D viewer there are multiple modes to view the molecules in, and you can zoom in and out, rotate the molecule, etc. I'd recommend it.
