    I have Barium Sulphate and HF , How can I get Barium Fluoride ?

    Do you actually have HF, or is this some sort of homework question? Because HF is one of the most dangerous chemicals to work with. Even trained chemists usually avoid it if they possibly can.

    It's Hydrogen Fluoride, a particularly nasty compound. Check out its MSDS:

    You'd be stupid to mess with it unless you're using advanced safety procedures. Barium isn't exactly benign either for that matter.
