Scientists are getting more and more worried about DHMO. Again and again studies show that DHMO can be very dangerous. I wouldn't be surprised if it's going to banned one day just like CFCs got banned.
For more information about DHMO visit these two websites:

LMAO! That's stuff is awesome! I remember making jokes about this in high-school. Non-chemistry students had no idea what we were talking about .

I'm thinking we need a world wide ban on this stuff, just think what kind of damage this could do in the wrong hands

Remember all those pacifists claiming that Sadam Hussein did not have WMD's? On both sides the many possibilities of DHMO can be found, and it is known that Sadam Hussein possesed vast quantities of this substance!

I'm really thinking the state of Florida might be a key player in all of this, from what I understand they have stockpiles built up just waiting to be used. The government will neither confirm or deny it.

To me it sounds rather fishy. Perhaps a conspiracy even.

I happen to know that the U.S. Navy is conducting extensive research on how DHMO can affect various weapon systems. It's a project that they've been working on for some time.

The widespread occurence of DiHydrogen Monoxide in the environment is a serious concern. Also worrying is the large amount of Dioxygen in the atmosphere.

More worrying still is the spectre of these highly reactive agents combining. Dissolved Dioxygen has been found in environments also containing not only concentrated DiHydrogen Monoxide, but also fish that are then consumed by humans.

I don't want to spoil the fun, but you might want to work out the chemical formula for dihydrogen monoxide.

I might be sounding dumb but why are we trying to make DHMO look bad?

As it sounds, the chemical formula would be the same as water? So what is the difference?

We are actually talking about water but I don't know why. I think it is beacause we can confuse people that come on these forums.

You can get hydrogen gas from DHMO if you wanted too, but that's as destructive as it will get. excluding Tsunamis ect.

    !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    http://www.dhmo.org/

OMFG! This is the funnies site I've seen for quite a while. Pretty advanced humor...

Similar is to be said about the dangerous chemical Natrium monochloride!

It consists of chlorine, a deadly yellow gas which is used for chemical warfare and natrium, a metal that will explode on impact with water. Together they form a deadly compound, that by the way is often found to coexist with DHMO !!!

So take care out there! The world is full of dangerous stuff!

    best regards
    Michael

Don't laugh at the DHMO, it is a serious matter for the Drunkards International Union (DIU) and it only in their solid form is tolerated with a lot of whisky. But only the strongest drunk mens can drink it.
