Compound 3 - you're right; it's aminoacid - alanine

Compund 4 - no, it's an ester - ethyl acetate

Compound 5 - IUPAC name: 4-amino-7-methoxy-5-(methoxycarbonyl)-3-oxo-6-phenylheptanoic acid
