I'm working on an idea for..well for a project of mine. Unfortunately. I am a bit out of my area, so aI am posing a question to those who, hopefully know more than I do on the subject.
In the Us, it would technically be illegal for the fed government to own a business. (or at least as I understand it)
However, what if a program was instituted that acted much like a business, with a board and all that, yet was run more like a trust with the federal government being unable to touch the return? Is this, or any thing similar to this, legal? I was actualy thinking of the public works programs that Rosevelt (I think) instituted adn the job corpse thing.
And help or info would be welcome.
