    Its ridiculous for this phrase to be a trademark, but you can delete the thread since I cant. Be merciful and quick.

    It seems like Globe and Mail had control of that phrase as a trade mark since 2007 but it seems to belong to Globalive Wireless Management Corp.

    What exactly is the problem?
    Trademarks have a limited applicability, so it is not as though that phrase will be removed from all media.

    Nike trademarked "Just Do It" - but that didn't mean we could never say those words for fear of prosecution.
