Every American is officially and completely under the Influence. You have all been set up by the Powers that be. You have elected President Bush twice a lying imbecile and a thief that completely bankrupt the country and now that the chickens are coming home to roost you elect a black President to take the fall for the coming Depression, "a patsy!"

When hard times will hit the U.S.A, the white guys on the street won't remember Mr Bush being the culprit, those white guys will look to the White House and see a black man and will begin to blame the black man for the hardship that is being presses on the white man.

America is heading for a depression followed by civil unrest and then by a revolution of the present system. The war of the world will begin but this time not against one another, but against themselves. When the world begins to suffer the same fate of economic hardship the world will look to America for answers and will see brothers against brothers in the United States followed by brothers against the government against the system, and the World will revolt against their own governments and systems.

Get ready for the New World Order, its being ushered in, make no mistake about it and forget pinning this thread, bookmark it, you'll need to find out who I am during those days for more truth.

Although the two are not necessarily connected, I suspect that someone who believes the Earth is flat is unlikely to be a competent judge of the political and economic future.

newcastle; Indirectly your making some sense, but not for the reasons you suggest.

Much of the 'electorate' in the US, has chose change under Mr. Obama and to shorten the issue, change he nor anyone person could independently enact. The Black and youthful seeking whatever they feel this change should be, are going to be sadly disappointed and will become his worst critics.

Your also right on argument opposed to actions. If a white objects or votes against, this will be seen by his/her home State as prejudicial and if they refuse to get involved (to maintain their position) the system will fail. And yes, if the system fails that Black President will have set race relations back generations in the minds of Americans, possibly around the world.

However in fairness, business as usual where government operates and the debate of all issues flows has it has with any successfully conclusions, we could all benefit in the future.

I would take issue with your opinions on Bush, a New World Order and any pending recession or suppose a depression, but I am not sure you could keep up...

it's one of those moments when everyone agrees that things need to change for them to improve, but few agree on what change can be considered an improvement

Not many blacks where I am to sound on it, but I chatted with a black guy in store lineup the other day. Why - because he was overflowing with confidence, the world was his oyster. He was purchasing some "nice" beer and headed to a small celebration. It's a fine thing to see people radiating optimism and strength. I like people to feel powerful.

Umm.... Ok. Why make predictions in such haste? We'll see what happens next year. Obama seems to have some potential. I respect his educational background and what he is saying. Is he lying? Well, we'll find out.

"When the world begins to suffer the same fate of economic hardship the world will look to America for answers"

    Really?
The criminal Wall Street pirate mafia running the US with its 10.5 trilllion IOUs going around invading and bombing left and right to plunder Oil and Opium are the ones who created the whole mess to begin with, why would the world look to the US for an answer? The Trillion dollar bailout is outright theft and is being rubberstamped by the wall street puppets in Washington, its not a bandaid its another stab wound. The countries that are most closely associated with the neoliberal Friedman-cult, that got on the carry-trade bandwagon or that got swindled into buying worthless toxic US financial bombs are the ones suffering the most. Im not sure the world will look for the US for answers, quite the contrary imo, the sane answer they should consider is to cut the Wall Street/London middleman parasites out of international trade, skrew the US$ as reserve currency, counter speculation and let the petro-dollar go fly a kite, and if possible get rid of the banksters Money as Debt racket.
