Hello everyone, I am writing a parallel implementation of the smith-waterman algorithm and currently I can not find a lot of DNA sequences I can use in the program, mainly for testing speed and accuracy. Does anyone know where I can find some DNA sequences, of variable length. I would especially like any resources that had +32k characters. Thank you!

Try the NCBI GenBank? They have the complete genomes of multiple organisms available.
