I stained cells with different monoclonal antibodies. Unfortunately the flow cytometer broken down. I have these cells pulled and cryopreserved.
Would these cells be able to be stained with different monoclonal antibodies? Are their receptors still available for subsequent staining?
    Thx.

Ow that's an expensive machine to break down, I would imagine they could be stained with different monoclonal antibodies if said antibodies were targetted at a different surface receptor from the previous one. (There must be a technician where you are that can better answer this question?)
