Hi! I have a dwarf hamster and his name is Cody. Do you guys know anything about dwarf hamsters? If so please tell me. And people always say hamsters bite a lot and my hamster never bit me. And I had him for like a month.

I've never heard of dwarf hamsters. Are they really tiny?

My son used to have a couple of gerbils. they were so cute, and then we found one dead in the morning and the other had eaten half it's face!
We were horrified. It had its eyeball hanging out!
why did the gerbil eat it's friend? Maybe cleanliness and hygiene, or nature wasting nothing?
Anyway my son and his friend Got on their knees and my son said
'Please God, make Gemma the gerbil come back'
And i suddenly had a vision of some Stephen King scenario and said,

'Blimey don't say that, you'll be falling asleep tonight and then will hear a thudding up the stairs, as Gemma the gerbil comes back from the dead and crawls up it dragging her eyeball behind her and then you'll feel a cold wet furry thing creeping up the side of your cheek'

He had nightmares for weeks after that.

He seems to have survived the trauma and forgiven me. :?

Hamsters are already quite small....I can't imagine how small a dwarf hamster would be.

I've never heard of a hamster biting.
