    allergic to them as I am, I miss them. Have they settled on an answer for the dwindling/disappearance of honey bees and now the loveable bumbles?

    I think I might have heard it's a fungus of some sort... but I'm not sure. We're quite dependent on the bees, I hope this problem doesn't get too much worse.

    Possibly some of the decline is due to a virus.

    Yes - and also whatever happened to all of the butterflies - where have they got to ?
