Is there a way to determine the age of a living person biologically like a non intrusive test

    Quantitatively ... no.

    Qualitatively ... nothing definite.

A certain amount can be determined by x-rays. eg if there are bone growth plates the person s probably under 20. If their xiphoid process is ossified, the person is over 40. Then there may be signs of osteoporosis in they are older.

Couldnt you tell better by just looking at them? How exacty are you going to determine their age "invasively"?
