How would eating a meal very high in carbohydrates affect a person's blood glucose and insulin levels after sufficient time has been allowed for digestion and absorption to occur?

A.Both glucose and insulin levels would be lower.
B.Both glucose and insulin levels would be higher.
C.Glucose levels would be unchanged while insulin levels would be higher.
D.Glucose levels would be higher while insulin levels would be unchanged.

that looks a lot like homework.

Depends, what carbohydrate are you talking about ?
The hand of time rested on the half-hour mark, and all along that old front line of the English there came a whistling and a crying. The men of the first wave climbed up the parapets, in tumult, darkness, and the presence of death, and having done with all pleasant things, advanced across No Man's Land to begin the Battle of the Somme. - Poet John Masefield.
