    How do deaf people think? In which language? Considering that they are deaf from birth.

    We all talk to ourselves in language we know, but how does it work in deaf people's case?

    They sign to themselves.

    No, JK.

    Probably like anyone would, they are taught in sign or braille so they learn about things much like hearing people do. Just my opinion.
