Do you experiece fatigue or less alertness after consuming a lot of food or sugar holding products?
Is this caused by reactive hypoglycemia? And is this what a sugar crash means?

Low blood sugar causes release of epinephrine and norepinephrine. Your brain relies on these hormones to raise blood sugar levels. The release of these hormones causes additional symptoms of tremor, sweating, rapid heartbeat, anxiety and hunger.
It is caused due to low blood sugar/hypoglycemia.
