I was wondering how many skeletal muscle cells that we use to move we have in our bodies. Is 10 trillion a good figure for the amount of skeletal muscle cells?

Do math.
1 nanogram per cell.
1 trillion cells per kilogram.
12% of cells are muscles (calculated from weight)
120 billion muscle cells per kilogram
So the average 70 kilogram male has about 8,4 trillion muscle cells.
