Hello, I'm trying to find a good method for grading the AV width ratio from multiple retinal images. So far I have found the program ImageJ, where I can drag a line over the width of a vessel, and the program tells me that line's length.

Does anybody have any other suggestions for doing this?

You could use a pixel differential scan, overlay several models of which they could correspond, and provide immediate answers due to it.

Like make it black and white, pixelate it to a point where you could save enough models, and then provide feedback to the models.

Growing up, i marveled at star-trek's science, and ignored the perfect society. Now, i try to ignore their science, and marvel at the society.

Imagine, being able to create matter out of thin air, and not coming up with using drones for boarding hostile ships. Or using drones to defend your own ship. Heck, using drones to block energy attacks, counterattack or for surveillance. Unless, of course, they are nano-machines in your blood, which is a billion times more complex..
