    i want to ask about media preparing of plant tissue culture. For macronutrient stock, usually i prepared in different container for all the 5 macronutrients. Today, i found out my lab mate preparing it in one container. Does it possible to make it like that, because i never knew it before that we can prepare all the macronutrient stock in one container
