    Hi!
Does anybody know a software for protein folding under Windows? I have an amino acid sequence that is several hundred amino acids long. I need a program that resolves the structure of that (I have checked - the structure has not been resolved, yet). So to speak something like folding@home, only that you can submit your own protein sequences. It should make use of the graphics card, if possible. Thanks in advance!

Perhaps this may be of assistance.

I read an article about this program and even though I didn't understand it I downloaded it for my 13 year old. He has gotten really good at it.
