i have been given the concentration of 2x Tris Hcl
50 mM molecular weight (121.14 g/mol) of Tris. To find mass--
Since the volume was not given i assume this to be 1000ml and calculated this to be 6 g using the formula mass=conc x volume x MW

is this right? DO I ASSUME THE VOLUME TO BE 1000ML?

and have to make 25ml of 10x tris Hcl.
    HOW DO I DO THIS?
