Dude, we do not like to give you answers to your test..
You can google it anywhere.
Think of the following..
- What are the requirements for a plant to be able to disperse seeds by wind, water, animals, or by their own kinetic force.
- Example, a plume for wind, hooks for animals, buoyancy for water, potential energy by their own kinetic force. Etc..
That's all i'll say..
There are two lessons you have the option of learning here Qoojay
1. Short term - I can give you the answers to your question and you will pass your test. you will be reinforced in thinking you can leave things till the last minute. you will never reach your full potential.
2. Long term - You can follow Zwolver's excellent advice and work this out for yourself, while simultaneously recognising that next time you should prepare a little earlier and even better, study continuously.
Guess which approach produces the greater number of happy millionaires.
I won't fail my test and I don't know what questions are going to come out so I just want to clarify the topic on seed dispersal because I'm not sure about it.
Honestly if you understand what dispersal is you should be able to think through this one pretty easily and think of plenty of examples for each. How does the wind disperse seeds? How about water? How about animals....have a dog? What are the nets over the blueberries for? etc.
I think most of us are happy to clarify a topic with which someone is not comfortable, but we're not in the business of handing out answers for tests.
I was amazed this year when I found out that fruits developed out of natural selection, not because the plants wanted to do it. Over time fruits that tasted better got dispersed more by animals which is why the gene for tasty fruits prevales today.
